Can’t sign in or out - zombie account
I downloaded the app and accidentally signed in with an old account. Tried to sign out. There is no sign out button! Deleted the app. Reinstalled. Still automatically signed in to the old account. So I deleted the account. Now the app is stuck. Deleting and reinstalling does nothing. Just keeps saying that you have to sign in but there is no sign in button, no sign out button, just an error message.Show lessJordan Millar

Hello Jordan, I'm sorry to see that you are stuck in such a loop. To sign out, you'll have to go to your Account settings (you can tap in your profile pic on the top right corner) and select the Workspace you've signed in. It will show the option to sign out, and you should be good to go! If this doesn't help you, our team would love to help, so please reach out to productsupport@sketch.com, and we will troubleshoot this together.Good but need more work
Our organisation uses Sketch+Abstract for daily development. Just like GitHub, Abstract need to store Sketch file temporary in local. If I want to move my sketch file to cloud, it will relocate the temp file out of Abstract directory, which would broke the link. Therefore, I can’t use workspace and can’t use this app either. Shame, would love to use the overlay prototypeShow lessHNDang

Hello 👋 This sounds frustrating! Sketch has a robust plugin community. However, plugins are independently designed, developed, and supported. If possible, we would recommend reaching out to Abstract directly. They may be able to provide a solution for this issue!Really nice
A really good improvement from the previous Mirror app. Wish it had the offline capabilities too but the new features, ability to share documents and all right from the iPhone is really a welcome feature!raulfunkie

The app is a great improvement to what used to be Sketch Mirror. It makes it super easy to browse and preview documents my team is working on. 👌🏼 I am part of different workspaces and had no issues logging in with SSO and with my email. Can’t wait to see how Sketch continue to build on this!!hafmejyan

A huge impovement over Sketch Mirror. I can view my documents from my workspace directly on my phone, everything sharp and crisp when zoomed. Being able to play prototypes full screen on my iPhone is amazing as well and such a help for my work. Great work on this huge update!KeirUK

Place of work required an SSO login. This new app provides that option but due to our security, only our work devices are setup to successfully log in to the SSO.
This means I can only preview on my iPhone 8 work device. Not my iPad, or other devices as they aren’t able to log in to the SSO. Was so happy to see this app announced, but failed at the first hurdle.. logging in to preview on my 12pro. A shame.Show lessmapgeek22

Had high hopes for this. Can’t open my file. Tried to close Sketch on my MacBook first, hoping it would help. Still can’t access files on mobile.steadychanging

Hey there 👋 Let's troubleshoot this! Once you're online, log into the same Sketch Workspace on both your Mac and the iPhone app. The mirror icon will appear in the upper right corner of your iPhone when the same document is open on both devices. We believe the new iPhone app works best as part of your Workspace, so you won’t be able to view or mirror documents you’ve saved locally to your Mac. If you're not quite ready to share a doc or prototype to your Workspace, you can also save to 'My Drafts.' Please please please make it work with local files. I just want to preview what I’m working on. Sketch mirror is broken btw, so had high hopes for this :(tecnoguy

Hey tecnoguy 👋 You won’t be able to view or mirror documents you’ve saved locally to your Mac, but if you want to use the iPhone app to view a document or prototype that’s not ready to share with your Workspace, you can simply save to “My Drafts.” Hope this helps! 🙏
