Paid Shipping Default

I don’t understand why Nespresso felt they needed to create a new app — the old one worked perfectly well. That said, I don’t hate most of the features, but it’s completely unacceptable that when you checkout now it defaults to paid shipping instead of free shipping. Is Nespresso so hard up for profit that they hope to trick us all into paying for it? This adds an extra click and requires unnecessary vigilance when placing an order to change it back. Nespresso should fix this immediately.

Fresh new look

The new app looks fresh with a clean new UI, but currently has very limited functionality compared to the original app. While I’m sure these will be added over he coming weeks/months some of the functionality should have been added before being released.

The biggest gripe I have at the moment is no proper UI support on the iPad, only having the standard iPhone UI that zooms in and out…very poor in this day and age.

Lacking a lot of functionality

This app is really a poor cousin to the one that you already had for example as people already pointed out cleaning schedules et cetera also I tried to change payment methods on my subscription and that’s just completely impossible details that you can get when you’re looking at information or fraction of what you get on the website and compare on preferably to the previous app as wellI do like the layout of the coffees and the clarity of the screen on the new app and the basket is much better

A backwards step

Not as good as the old app. Where’s the my machine?!.
Come on I expect better from you guys.
Revert to old app or get some proper development that actually improves the product for the client

Very disappointing

This app is woeful. When placing my first order it crashed saying ‘oops’ , screen went blank and I hard to force restart the app.

I got no email nor was there anything in order history, hence I reordered the same order again, however 10mins later I get two emails with the identical order!!!

The annoying part of it is the order confirmation emails don’t even include order reference numbers… this just gets worse and worse. School boy errors!

How can you send order confirmations without an order number ????

At least the last app worked.

Downloaded the app. Made my my first purchase with it. Just went back to check on my auto shipment date I had selected and I can’t open the app anymore.
Just keeps saying something went wrong…retry won’t work either. So frustrating. Deleted app. Reinstalled. And same thing. No change. At least the last app worked.

New Nespresso App

This is clearly a backward step as a number of features in the old App are not in the New App for example
My Machines
Ability to add Membership Card to Apple Wallet.
I can order my Capsules through the App, why is there no feature to track my order within the same (New) App?

Non functional app

Doesn’t work, doesn’t load beyond the home splash screen.

New… but worse?!

Where has the machine connectivity gone?! Descaling is never straight forward without the app to do it for you so we need this functionality back

Not synced with website

The shopping basket in the app is not synced with the website. I put what I wanted in the basket but could not get the sampler because there was no promo code. So had to put everything into the website basket again and placed order there. Even now the order placed via the website does not show up on the mobile app. Maybe they use some antiquated batch processing-who knows? But for now the website is the better choice.
