It’s Visually better but still limited

Visually I like this better, but it’s lacking so much. I do like the improvement of the previous order design. I wish there was more info and recipes.

A step backwards

Where is My Machine? Where are the help links to clean, descale, troubleshoot, etc? Nowhere near as much account information as before. This app is not progress so difficult to see why

Not responding

Downloaded onto my iPhone I get a nice front page of two coffee mugs but no access to any functionality

A little better, a little worse

The old app was better by having each item in a list that was easily scrolled through and I could quickly find what I wanted. The new one using huge cards which might be good if you have no idea what you want but it’s a pain.

The checkout process and flow is improved though. Minus the fact that there was an option for free shipping and paid shipping and it defaults to the paid shipping 🤦‍♂️

What happened to device controls and cleaning my machine? The old app has stopped working now and this one doesn’t have everything I need.

Just as bad as the old app

Again when I want to place an order, once I select my delivery address, I get “there are no available delivery methods for this order.”
Nestlé needs to get good developers for their app. There are always glitches which is so frustrating.

Can’t sign in without an account. No place to create an account.

At least old app let you create an account, but would not let you send to the country you lived in, only the country they randomly assigned you.

Brilliant app design

Not Particularly Useful

This app could be so much more useful. The single button on my sometimes-finicky Vertuo Next machine is capable of illuminating orange or white and displaying 11 different status/error messages by flashing, pulsing, or steadily showing those colors. That’s a lot to keep track of. Apparently, this app at least tells you what the problem is, but it should be more of a utility. It’s lacking the capability to, say, program your coffee to start brewing at 7 AM in the morning, warm the water instead of fiddling with the single button, or just start brewing without, again, messing with the various functions of the all-in-one button. This app seems built primarily to reorder pods with ease. To me, it’s about 1% easier than just going to the website and ordering that way. Also, when I click on “my machine”, it shows that I have an Atelier. That’s not what this model is. I know, I know, the app doesn’t claim to do all those thing I’d like but, as is, I don’t find it to be particularly necessary. I installed the Nespresso and Nespresso New apps today and will be uninstalling them today also.

Great improvement

Good improvement over the old app. Please have a way to represent flavored pods without the need to open each and see the description. Maybe a small logo? Also, need filters.

Limited functionality

Unable to add fee sample coffee at checkout, could not look up recipes or do any type of search, and it doesn’t notify you of freebies either. I went to the webpage to order and deleted the app.
