Okay app. Some bugs
Overall it’s a decent app but there will be times when it won’t add bets to my betslip or won’t let me so certain parleys. I hope the fix it otherwise it’s a great app.

The customer service is superb!
I still find the app a little annoying and confusing. Compared to other sportsbook apps, I find it hard to make parlays and it lacks some of the others options. All of which, can be updated in the future.

Best sports betting app..
Best sport betting app I use .. easy to registers unlike fanduel and draft kings (says I can’t verify my address …) easy to make parlay bets and in game bets .. the major plus is their customer service .. top notch .. always leaves this customer happy ..

I had a bet that was originally graded as a loss when it could have been considered a push. When I reached out, the customer support team was quick to handle the request and ended up regrading the bet as a push.

The app is not the fastest out the sports books I’ve used, especially when it comes to live betting. I will say the customer service I’ve receive from this book is a lot better than most though.

Used numerous sports betting apps. Easiest site to get assistance. Had a question on my account and simply called the number and immediately was able to “talk” with a person who was able to solve the issue I had a question about. Much appreciated.
