Had an issue with my account, but the online chat was very helpful and resolved my issue immediately!

Initially was having issues setting up account online & xferring $$. Emailed CS & a prompt response was received by Alexis Ho. See was AWESOME! She responded timely & helped me troubleshoot my issue. I did what she recommended & got everything set up & taken care of. Promo is nice too for new acct setup! First bet in the books! Hope it’s a profitable year! 💰😜👍🍀

50/50 can’t figure out if I like it or not yet..
Interface is kinda difficult to figure out and not all the games optional to wager on or so it seems but I’m sure they will get it figured out and improved, give it a chance…
Nice Sportsbook for Golf
New sportsbook to Iowa with a nice introductory offer with a $50 deposit. Nice insurance on golf futures. Good app with easy navigation. I have used customer service and they are quick to respond with an easy text option.
Good Promos
I do like BetFreds promo offers. They do offer free bets. Platform is easy to use. Not as many prop betting options as other sites but overall good.

Customer service is far better then any other Sportsbook I’ve used. Response time is almost instant where other sites take 24 hours. Could add a few more daily promotions is my only complaint. Good start I’d say for the app being fairly new.

BetFred Iowa App Review
Really, really impressed with the steps BetFred has taken over the last few months with their app. It’s very user friendly, lots of options to bet and has great rewards with the downloading the app free bet bonus and golf free bet reward. They also have great customer service that responds in a timely and productive manner.
