Buggy
It worked great when I first signed up. Unfortunately when I try to change any information in regards to my account or retrieve a lost password I always get the error message of invalid date of birth after I repeatedly submitted the correct one. In addition, when I brought this to the attention of customer service, they claimed to send me a reset code which I got only once. The reps/agents got angry with me when I said that I didn’t get the reset link twice. I always have to phone in to make payments which defeats the purpose of having an app. Very unprofessional behavior on their part.

Honestly this is the biggest rip off of a credit card you could have!! if your late one day you get hit with a 30 dollar late fee and another 30 dollar interest charge on a payment that’s around 1k like this is the worst credit line someone could use just go use capital one if you need a credit card. The only reason I’m even using this financial app is because my cell provider suggested to use this as a way to get new phones but wow am I shocked on how bad this is. I will never be using Vive again after my phones paid off!!

Terrible app
The app does not work well. Saved usernames and passwords don’t populate for login after they are put in. The fields for username and password aren’t pre filling. I also don’t see my due date, the amount due, statements or my card holder agreement anywhere. If I have to search endlessly for this then on the app to not find then there’s a obvious decision by the company to obfuscate these details from us.

Mobile App
Downloaded the mobile app and it just won’t work for me. I’ve already registered and the app won’t open up when I enter my Username or Password. Hope the actual credit card doesn’t give me issues like this.
payments not being credited
I paid my payment on time before 5 pm EST and was still charged a late fee and they put my account on hold. Called customer service with my confirmation number and was called a liar by the rep telling me their system is accurate so I did not make the payment on time. YES it was made on time, their systems do not work correctly.

Keyboard missing for payments BUT, there’s a way
Downloaded the app & it has some serious bugs. When you try to make a payment, you’re given the choice of the monthly payment, the full balance or other. If you select other to type in the amount you want to pay, the keyboard does not come up for you to type in what you wanted to pay. HOWEVER, there is a an option to turn on the camera. So, I wrote the amount that I wanted to pay on paper & used the camera & it read it. Then I selected ‘insert’ & it populated to the field. I was successful in making an additional payment for the amount that I wanted to make.

Can add payment source
I’ve been trying to set up the app account so that I could pay my bill but when I reach payment source the keyboard doesn’t come up. I don’t have this issue with any other app
