ZIM’s e-sims allow me to stay connected when I travel & great user experience

I’d highly recommend purchasing an e-sim plan from ZIM. During my recent trip to Pakistan, my e-sim with ZIM allowed me to stay in contact with my family and friends and share content from my trip on my social media. Would 100% recommend!

Data won’t load

Purchased an ESIM for South Africa which worked fine, when it expired I purchased another & it won’t load any data. Downloaded QR code etc & installed- very disappointing

Useless!

I bought a plan but it didn't work. When I reached out to the support team, they asked me to send a screenshot of the issue. I sent it to them but they never got back to me. I asked for a refund but no answer either!

Crashes when selecting a SIM offering

The latest version of the app crashes every time I try to tap on a SIM in the availability list of options.

Excellent for travelling

ZIM is a lifesaver when travelling. Without it I’d have no idea where I am and who I can communicate with. Highly recommended for any traveller!

Set up issues

I think this is a great idea but I had an issue signing up to the app. When I entered my details I got a message saying certain special characters were required for the password. Having corrected for this I got a message saying I’d entered the data in the wrong format but it didn’t identify where the error was. There’s not much info required: first and last name; email address, password, country, tick the terms box and that’s it. Can i get a fix please.. Mark

Unable to sign up

Password rules require special character which is then refused - unable to sign up at all

Can’t register

After reading about this in my newspaper this was a poor customer experience at the first moment of truth!
I entered my details but the app keeps telling me the ‘data is entered in a wrong format’, without telling me what’s wrong. The password includes the required special character, my email address is standard email format, and everything else is normal text.

Best tool to travel

Very easy to use. Choose the destination, the plan you want to use, and then pay. After following the easy steps, you can decide whether you want to activate the plan now, or later (at destination).

I recommend 100%!!
