  • Bad app

    Logged me out after update. Password reset doesn’t work. This is what happens when you outsource your app development to a low quality vendor.
  • What a mess!

    We had a perfectly good electrical blind which we were over the moon with, until we installed (or tried to install) this app. Now the blind doesn’t work except by single increments and each time we try to reinstall it just says “limits not set”.
    Absolutely fuming!
  • Lacks the obvious

    Why this app cannot set a timer to adjust automatically scenes to open and close blind to a specific time before or after sunrise and sunset is beyond me.
    It’s so annoying to having to keep adjusting times throughout the year to get them to open close at sunrise and sunset

    Since new update deleted scene don’t remove the timer it still carries on working??

    This is such a simple App, great features, easy to use and reliable.
    I only wish they could control my Sonos speakers too!
  • Worse with each update

    The Tuiss SmartView blinds app is truly terrible, which is a shame as the blinds are great.

    The current version of the app makes you ‘jog’ the blinds into position to set the bottom and top limits, which means for a new blind you have to press the jog button 100s of times to set the positions. The old app allowed you to hold the button and jog when near the top or bottom position for precision.

    You can set timers via the app but these seem to reset themselves or change times on a whim.

    The app doesn’t back any data up to your account which meant last time there was a major update we lost all our settings. Which meant having to go round and reconfigure each blind. We have quite a few so this took ages.

    The apo needs some focus on stability and getting core features right.

  • Why has the stop button been removed

    I can only have it all the way up or all the way down
  • My blinds are not connecting to the app I’m trying to set timers and can’t.

    Frustrated by this lack of control as they have been fine but are now not working as they did.
  • The worst app I’ve encountered

    This app is minimal and poorly made. Numerous blue tooth disconnections and reconnects that bring up warnings which take away the “Stop” button so your blind from blinds to go (which doesn’t have auto stop!!!) keeps flapping away over and over! It hasn’t even been proof-read. Some messages have garbled sentences. The page with blind position is nonsense - 25% sends the blind beyond the top again - flap flap! So much is promised by this app and blinds to go - what a huge disappointment!!

  • New update is terrible

    Worked great until the latest update. Now I cannot log in or reset password. I can’t use my blinds now - total pain.
