Worst share bike ever, better to use lime bike than this
There is a faulty at the gps so it saying i am at wrong spot of parking. Wasting my time plus the charge me 26 dollar where it could been 4 dollar only

Tried to register just sends you round in circles and email takes you to phone which doesn’t work bloody useless
Unacceptable Refund process. Consider using Anywheel instead.
Love the app and bikes, but it still has issues around incorrectly charging relocation fee even when parking next to a QR code. Searching for alternative parking caused additional time and charges. Asked for a refund through official channels, but their policy requires a third party account. Until this is addressed I would consider using Anywheel over this.

Such a comfortable smooth and soft bike, super comfy and the Price oh laaawd have mercy on my soul 1$ for an hour of riding. God bless the people who came up with this and run the company, have a blessed day.

SCAMMED ME OF MY MONEY!!! charged my card 4 times while i was trying to pay. Ended up paying $18 for a $3 ride. absolutely unbelievably

Dirty & too many malfunctions
Today is the 2nd time I’ve had problems with the push bikes. A month ago the vehicle was not even functioning but it placed a $8.50 ride fee and $20 relocation fee without me realising.
Today thankfully Adrii at customer service was very patient and helpful she helped me waive the ridiculous fees. Regardless of her efforts the app and products are not up to standards.
It also needs a helmet as the laws in NSW requires. I brought my own helmet today ready to take one of the bikes that was half decent looking but I was caught up having to deal with previous payment issue that I ended up not riding.
