I sent a Christmas message in my cards. Itโs behind โthe envelopeโ on the card. The problem is that there are no instructions to โtap itโ. No one received the Christmas message that I typed & sent - they didnโt know to tap it!
Please reconsider how you can better develop these new cards.Pro Suzie

Free trial not free
It is three days until the end of my seven day trial. Iโve tried several times to cancel before the seven day period ends. I followed the instructions provided in the app with no success. There seems to be no way to cancel until Iโm actually charged the $4.99 monthly amount. Thumbs down on the free trial.Show lessqui ne bauc riem
Fastest way to send cards
Whoever thought of these animated musical cards was brilliant. Instead of letting the moment go by (โI should send Aunt Phoebe in the hospital a cardโ), the thought is immediately translated into action, thanks to American Greetings eCards. Well done!iCANPLAYVIVALDI

Frustrating
I LOVE the website, but the app just frustrates me no end. Wonโt remember my password and even uninstalling and reinstalling it now jusdt its there blinking the heart/rose thing at me. Making it even more frustrating is that for the iPad you canโt use your external keyboard because the app wonโt go into portrait mode. Seems to only be set for iPhones, but lots of us donโt use phones to send our cards and other important commincations. The better apps are programmed to support landscape.Show lessHolly Carlson
