  • Great platform!

    I’ve been doing coach Kel’s workouts for a few years. Her style of classes is different from anything I’ve done before. She has a gentle yet inspiring tone that encourages me to not give up. Other at home workouts I’ve done were very ‘in your face’ with a ‘HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT!’ mentality that left me feeling low or not good enough. 10/10 coach Kel helped not just my physical but also my mental health!

  • Feel the burn

    Best full body workout ever. Definitely challenging and never boring. There are several different styles/classes to fit every fitness level and coach kel walks you through every step. She has transformed my body! Excellent app! Give her a try, you won’t regret it.
  • Strength and tone

    I love these workouts!! They are challenging, but adaptable for every ability and fitness level. Easy to do at home with minimal investment in equipment. I love getting a good sweat, building muscle and being able to see a significant difference in my body - with no jumping and no burpees. Coach Kel is encouraging and her instruction is SO helpful for keeping good form and motivation, without being annoying like so many other fitness instructors. I workout with this app almost every day and I love it! The workouts are really diverse in my opinion, so you can narrow down to pilates style, barre, or just strength (sculpt) plus filter for equipment and class length to meet your requirements.

  • Amazing fitness app

    This app is so easy to use and navigate. Coach Kel is my favorite all time instructor so was a no brainer to sign up for her app. I like that it has lot of variety for both newbies and advance. I do her workouts 4-5 days a week and even easy to use when traveling.

    Only do her workouts when you wanna feel strong, accomplished, HAPPY, sexier, and boss. Kel has made it brilliantly easy to feel your best!!! LOVE the selection, & workouts are perfectly challenging. A+++++++!!!

    This form of workout I discovered a few years back has kept me in the best shape I’ve ever been in. There are tons of options for all levels and always new workouts being added. I can’t say enough great things about Coach Kel and her workouts
  • Life changing

    I am so grateful that my former Barre instructor at the gym that I used to work out at recommended Coach Kel! I’ve lost a few inches off my waist since I started Coach Kel’s program . I’ve noticed my stomach, arms, chest and back are much leaner and even my posture has improved significantly. Words can’t express how happy and grateful I am with Coach Kel. Thank you so much Coach Kel for creating such a wonderful program for us. I always feel great and happier after I am done with your workout and caught myself smiling every time it’s done. ❤️🌷🤗

  • The best.

    Download the app and join the online studio - you won’t regret it. So many workouts and so much variety, you’ll never get bored. Love having easy access to all the workouts on my phone so I can be consistent even when I’m on the road.
  • Great app and amazing collection of workouts

    Coach Kel’s workout videos are the best. Barre, Pilates and yoga all in one for a very reasonable monthly price. There’s a ton of variety, lots to choose from and I’ve never had any glitches using the app! Also, depending on your needs, there are short videos under 10 minutes and up to an hour long workouts. You will not be disappointed!!
