Ticket disappeared!
Downloaded the app and loaded my ticket in advance, but got to the venue and the ticket had disappeared from the app, saying I hadn’t purchased any tickets! Cue major panic. Luckily logging in on the website showed the ticket and I got in. So don’t bother with the app - you don’t need it, whatever you may be told and it doesn’t work anyway.

Seems like everyone was having issues a couple months back but the app is working as expected now, so I assume that means they’ve fixed it?
Waste of time
After purchasing tickets for a concert i got emails saying i need this app to be able to get in but my tickets haven’t even shown up on the app. Just contacted ticketmaster and they say i can use their app where i bought the tickets from. Wasted my time and I have no idea why they say you need this app when that isn’t true

Broken
This app is the absolute worst! I signed out and tried to sign back in but it keeps glitching out! I’ve tried deleting it, reinstalling it, turning my phone off and on and it still will not get back to the sign in page! If this is the home for my tickets for my gig coming up then god help me!!! Either remove this or app or fix it you bums!!!!!!!!

Just try it, it might work
All of the 1 star reviews stressed me out and made me think I wouldn’t be able to access my gig tickets, but it worked fine for me without any issue (iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 17.3.1 ). Give it a try early just in case it doesn’t work for you though.
Zero functionality, zero necessity
App asks for all of your data, a 2fa phone number, tracking across other apps, and is marketed as a portal for your tickets that you need to be let in with - not only is this not true, but it doesn’t display tickets. Terribly invasive and, at the end of the day, doesn’t do the very simple job it markets itself to do and hides behind confusing onboarding and lacking UI.
Just use ticketmaster - and the team that conceptualised this app when tickets are already available via where you bought them from should consider a more menial career.

Unable to see my tickets
As many others have reported, this app is useless. You are forced to download it to gain access but when I sign in with my Ticketmaster account I cannot see my tickets at all, no matter what I do! This is terrible!
Furthermore, if you are coming internationally to the concert, this app forces you to change the country in the App Store. Why would this be necessary!

App does not work
Same as other users . Got email from Ticketmaster telling me need to download app and link tickets. When signed in says I have not purchased any tickets. They are still showing in my Ticketmaster account and my wallet so will just turn up next week and use these as this app is useless
Garbage (+ info on how to get your tickets)
Totally confusing on-boarding. You’re offered the option to register when you log in I bypassed this because I already have an account right ? Wrong !!!
If you do this and try and access tickets you’re told (incorrectly) that this feature is unavailable and you need to download the app from the store.
There is no option to login anywhere on the app. Instead you have to return to the registration screen, from the ‘more’ menu option, enter your details (make sure you use the same email you did for the tickets) before you can login and retrieve your tickets.
I’m not sure how this clunky process could get through any sensible dev team. It reflects badly on everyone involved.
Especially O2 and the Academy group who have ample resources to fix this. Apparently all the one star reviews haven’t got their attention- so I doubt this will either.

Terrible, doesn’t work!
Got an email saying this app was my ticket but I can’t sign in to see my tickets just keep getting a pop up saying something went wrong. I’ve tried lots of times on mobile data and different Wi-Fi’s but still get the same message.
Lucky I can access my ticket through the ticket purchase confirmation email. Hopefully that works.
