Love this app! The workouts are perfect and easy to understand and follow. It’s like having Tara right there beside you. I am so pleased with everything that’s offered.
This is almost cheating
I love this app. I screen share it to my tv in my home gym. Matching Tara’s reps and pace, my workouts are shorter, more effective, and I get more exercises in. This is brilliant! I don’t have to think about what I’m going to do. It’s all done for you.

This all is so well designed and user friendly. It also contains profoundly effective, yet deceptively simple training. (It will kick your butt!). Very thorough training guides and explanation videos. And sooo many delicious recipes! I am blown away how well done this all is. Am loving it so far!

Great workouts!
I am already in love with this app! It’s easy to use and I love all the workouts! I also love having a workout schedule tailored to my fitness level where it’s the most beneficial for me. I also love having workouts that target specific muscle groups instead of doing generalized workouts and trying to come up with a routine on my own to work those muscle groups on specific days! By far the best health and fitness app I’ve experienced. I can’t wait for the Biohacking portion!
