Avoid. Scammed me out of £64

Shocking service, app and after care. Took my money and confirmed booking, but no driver available to pick me up.. Complaints procedure is a mess, wouldn’t recognise my email address. Now that my complaint has been logged, it will take at least another 14 days for things to be resolved. Believe me, there are better, more professional booking agents out there.. Avoid at all costs. I want my money back immediately. You have every single screenshot and can see that the driver did not turn up, but I am still jumping through hoops to get my money back!!!

App ridiculously slow.

Hoppa service and transfers are great. The App is dreadful it’s taken me 25 minutes to book a transfer on the App

Hi Tangot2, is your issue also related to the verification code not reaching your mobile number? We can override it from our end, if you can please send an email to apps@hoppa.com with your details allowing our team to resend the code and troubleshoot while they're at it. Thank you

Super service

Great app for booking well priced airport transfers!

I have used this app twice now on two separate holidays when trying to find and book the most affordable airport transfer options. It has worked flawlessly both times and I will no doubt keep using this great app.

Unable to sign in

App is unable to send the verification code to my phone number. I contacted IT support without any help.

App only partially works

Can only see existing booking made from website. Search and book in App doesn’t work at all

Didn’t turn up after waiting 40minutes had to flag a taxi no reimbursement shocking company 🤬🤬

Last update…..

Has not fixed the problems as I have already reported of the update prior to the most recent. This app worked perfectly before these two recent updates. Problem is as always too much tampering with the app’s supposedly to improve their performance just makes things worse and causes new problems to occur. If I could give this app ZERO I would as it’s just useless

We have made some updates to the app recently, the map is fully functional now. With regards your search where the options didn't come through, can you please send your search details to apps@hoppa.com allowing our engineers to take a look and find out why it was not pulling through? We wouldn't want to be losing out on routes since the aim is to allow comparison and ease of access to all users.
