Frustrating
The app wouldn’t accept payments. Kept looping us to start over. Entered name and other demographic info at least 5 times.Going in circles
“Easy and 3 clicks” was what we were told by the hotel we were staying in. It’s been 35 minutes and with payment issues and scheduling a time, we only have one ticket so far. Next time we will take the bus.Amazing
