“Easy and 3 clicks” was what we were told by the hotel we were staying in. It’s been 35 minutes and with payment issues and scheduling a time, we only have one ticket so far. Next time we will take the bus.Beersnob 45

Massive queues waiting for Hoppa at T5
The app showed buses moving around but there was a 100m long queue and then the rumor went up that there were no more buses and sure enough none came. Not a great start for my first time using this service.Grumpy of Illinois

I want to know where to get the bus at Terminal 2 at LHR. Incredibly difficult. Lots of info, but none of the basics.

No Bus
I arrived in terminal 5 LHR downloaded the app purchased a ticket and activated it foolishly!! I waited along with another customer for over an hour at the freezing cold bus stop and none of the buses were going to my hotel!! That was on the list, Not only that my ticket expired. The other customer couldn’t wait any longer and got a cab and I used public transport which was way more convenient as it turned out.webbly5
