Misleading
Very misleading times tables, and route for H5A shows it should go directly to my hotel and instead goes in all sorts of directions, including terminal 4, I would have bought a taxi and saved myself an hour if it was represented accurately. Definitely do not use this bus service. Also bus driver was flippant and rude.Patty WB
They have a monopoly at Heathrow so they don’t care
Had to wait over an hour in the cold for the right bus to arrive to take me to my hotel 10 minutes away. I was supposed to get bus H2B that according to their sign picks up at terminal 2, 53 minutes past every hour. Yet every bus that pulled up with H2B On the sign changed its name as soon as they pulled up. And told me to take the next bus. For an entire hour!EricGraham
Miserable app
The Hoppa service itself is convenient but the app is a poor excuse. The live tracker is usually inaccurate, the lines don’t list all the hotels the Hoppa stops at, the app is generally slow and hard to load. Use it for your tickets only.ThirteenRight
