    Being charged for something I don’t use.

    Still being charged after canceling my subscription! Not a fan!

  • Do not download

    I downloaded this and didn’t sign up. I was subscribed without signing up and noticed the expensive recurring payments automatically coming out of my account. Do not download even by accident.

  • No refunds and anti-ADHD people policy

    As mentioned already, the design of the app is terribly confusing and counter-intuitive for ADHD people.

    What's most shocking though is their scaming system. I, like other people got charged for another year even though I was not using the app at all. I immediately emailed the customer service and they said they won't refund me, even though I explained there was no reminder/notification of any future payments to be taken off my account (and I asumed I agreed on a one-off yearly payment only, not a full on continous commitment for years, especially that it didn't show in my direct debits not in my apple apps).

    I explained I cannot afford to pay for something I haven't been using and for ANOTHER YEAR of it. They ignored it completely and bluntly.
    They might respond here to "discuss the matters with them by emailing them" but they will just ignore you, say "send the proof that you tried to cancel BEFORE" and leave you on read.

    Maybe they can change my mind if they actually give me the refund after this review and concider actually doing somethng about the issue rather than having these "oh I'm sorry about your experience" fake-care responses.

    I find their app and system faulty and purposely designed AGAINST neurodivirgent people. The customer service didn't care at all, it's jokes that it's supposed to be mental-health friendly when it's not and the customer service only proves it.

    Never download it, run away people.

    It's a useless app that's not adhd friendly at all! Impossible to cancel your subscription!! It's a Scam!

    Won’t cancel subscription and won’t help. Report the to the Lithuanian consumer protection agency.

  • Not helpful / hard to cancel

    Downloaded app several months ago. It was advertised as interactive tool to help manage ADHD. I opened it and couldn’t understand it - seemed a bit like journaling, logging tool but not really providing any information or training. I realised the add was misleading and cancelled the app.
    Some months later I checked my bank to find they have been charging me for 4 /5 months. I thought ‘no, ADHD brain, did I forget to cancel?’ I went to look at how to cancel and turns out you need to email the company to request it! You can’t just do it. So I did, explained I genuinely believed deleting my acc is cancelling, suggesting to check user data to see it was used for 2 min after downloading and then deleted / never opened again. I didn’t receive a reply, following month another charge.
    I sent further email and received a reply saying they apologise for my experience but do not refund.

    Honestly, it should not be legal to create apps clearly aimed to make money out of confusing cancelling procedure. You should be able to cancel like any reputable app, not have to email and hope for reply. Also this should be made clear when downloading.
    Finally like many users I found the actual app extremely confusing and somewhat triggering. I trust if developer had faith in usefulness of their app they would not make it so hard to cancel, and would refund for the service when user data clearly shows the app wasn’t used. I honestly advice the only way this app makes money is from people not cancelling not from someone finding it useful.

  • NOT A SONGLE FREE FEATURE

    DO NOT download this app, I just wasted valuable time filling out the whole questionnaire, only to find out I have to pay in order to use the app. Might as well not make it free to download because you literally cannot do ANYTHING with it without giving them at least $30. Also many reviews say they make it way too difficult to cancel, so I’m glad I didn’t sign up. Such a shady, scummy app. There are definitely other ones out there with free features!

  • SCAM - DON’T BUY

    Nothing like preying on a vulnerable population. Customer service is atrocious. Don’t buy this app - you’ll never see your money again!

    UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO BELOW REPLY: I DID contact customer service multiple times and still get the same response. This is obfuscation at its finest. Horrible, horrible, horrible. You won’t refund me for an unused and canceled product no matter how many times I contact customer service. Stop misleading those you prey upon!

  • Scam taking advantage of ADHD

    First off the app wasn’t that useful which is why I cancelled shortly after downloading and starting the free trial. But I noticed the other day that Apple also thought they were sketch because they flagged the charge from them. Which alerted me that they had not only charged me once but twice for the app when I had cancelled during the free trial. Now I’m trying to get a refund and they claim I need proof. Which of course you don’t get when you cancel a free trial in the app they created. Upon further inspection I do have some emails where they told me they we reactivating my account for 24 hour for a deal. Which right there tells you it wasn’t active and they charged me without my permission. This is a complete scam and I’d be happy to start gathering details for a class action. I’ll add my email here in the future if it gets to that.
