  • Helpful when it works!

    I have found this app to be so helpful. It helped me get through a year of internship, being a graduate student, and working full time without completely dissociating from myself and my needs.
    The missing stars are because the app is super glitchy. I usually have to force close it at least a couple of times just to complete a check in.

  • No refunds, no reminder, subscription not shown in apple subscriptions

    Did not enjoy this app, did not feel like it was helpful. Went to apple subscriptions to cancel and it wasn’t there (though purchased through App Store) so thought it was all good. Then $89AUD charge for a service I didn’t want. No reminder like you usually get. Sent an email, they took days to respond to say sorry, no refunds. I asked further questions, like how long is my payment until? Please refund the remainder. A week later a long, terms and conditions about how they just don’t do refunds full stop. Red flags! Other companies have refunded under similar circumstances. Do not recommend

  • Thieves

    No way to cancel until after billed. When you ask for a refund they send you the terms and conditions despite their not being the ability to cancel via your Apple ID like every other legit app. Scammers and hustlers and I regret ever using this unhelpful app.

  • DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!

    Seriously. I don’t tend to write in capitals - but if you have ADHD and download this, you will regret it. If you sign up for the subscription, there’s no easy way to cancel. And then you’ll automatically be charged a year later. If you then send an email to be canceled (even on the same day you’re charged) they will claim that since you ‘received’ the item digitally, they cannot refund. Ugh. Shady, shady, shady

  • SCAM - DON’T BUY

    Nothing like preying on a vulnerable population. Customer service is atrocious. Don’t buy this app - you’ll never see your money again!

  • Absolute garbage and I can’t cancel subscription.

    I can’t get them to stop billing me.
    A waste of time and money.

  • I feel violated, robbed, furious!

    How do you cancel a subscription that you don’t even know you have? I looked on my App Store account, you know, where it shows you your past and current subscriptions? Effecto is not listed. That tells me I never actually subscribed to this app. Yet you have taken my money and refuse to refund me. I’ve asked for receipts. You’re not responding to my emails. I feel like I’ve been targeted as a potential victim because of my adhd. Out of sight, out of mind, right? How many people with adhd do you know who will actually read the entire massive section of small print in the user agreement that you literally have to agree to just to get past the intro screen? You’re literally committing to a non refundable subscription just by checking that box. And try to find your account information on the app? Good luck.
    If I could scream a warning to the world I would. Nobody should be taken advantage of like this. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

  • Taking advantage of mental health

    Avoid this app at all costs!! The auto renewal is hidden and there is no notifications before they take the money out and were heartless in their responses after I asked for it to be refunded. Seeing as this app is directed at people with mental health concerns, it’s disgraceful how they have centred their business around taking advantage of the very people they claim to aid!

  • stealing my money

    I have no evidence that i have paid subscription yet i’m being charged 72$ a month? no notification the subscription is active or renewed just noticed charges for crazy amounts after I downloaded the app to try but didn’t use because it was like every other app.

  • Buyer beware!

    I paid for a 3 month trial to see if this was app would help me manage my adhd and I was initially dissuaded to engage with it because I didn’t find it very user friendly. I tried to find a straightforward way to cancel my account but was unsuccessful and was charged $71! I did not receive any reminder email to let me know that my trial was ending or that they were going to charge my card. I also never received any confirmation of payment and wouldn’t have known they charged me if I didn’t check my credit card statement. They have since refused to refund me which demonstrates that this company is not set up to help ppl with adhd but rather just a money trap. Do not buy into this app!
