Charged me without my knowledge

I signed up for 1 week to try out the app and paid around $4. I never agreed to a subscription. Before I knew it the next week I was charged $31 out of nowhere for “weekly subscription.” I never signed up for a subscription or agreed to anything like that. I could not find anything on the app to cancel it, so I had to do it through PayPal, or else I guess I would have continued to be charged $31 a week? Lesson learned, don’t sign up for random apps you see on Facebook. Be careful!

Questionable ethics

The company uses urgency marketing e.g. the presence of a countdown timer when showing various sign up offers.

Considering the target customers are people with ADHD, a subset of people with a known predisposition to impulsivity, I question the company’s ethics in their use of aforementioned marketing strategy.

Avoid rip off!

You get duped into a subscription- takes advantage of vulnerable people.

Cancel subscription??

I thought I had cancelled?? Obviously not because I have just been charged $94! So I think ok might as well log in again and use it…but it states this account has been closed?? Someone help please??

Scam. You think you cancelled but they will still charge you. They purposely hide the fact.

read all reviews. I had the same experience. I thought I cancelled and suddenly a year later I get charged. I open the app and there’s no way to cancel. Trash.

Terrible service and continue taking your money!

This is a terrible app, they offer onboarding service and no one shows up to the meeting invite they set up. Then they continue to take payments without advising when next payment is. I want a refund for the last payment you took from me. Do not engage with this app or developer.

Designed to trick people with ADHD

Take care, the menu is designed to trick you into thinking this is a free App, when you come to look at it months from signing up. You won’t see that you have a subscription. You have to contact help by email to unsubscribe. Developers are taking advantage of people with ADHD as they know how disorganised they are.

SCAM ALERT

I took advantage of the free trial. I did not find the app helpful, so canceled. Now, months later, I’ve discovered that they have continued to charge me monthly. I have emailed to request a refund, but from the other reviews I’m reading, I’m not hopeful this will be resolved.

Unhelpful and a scam

This app is designed to take advantage of those it claims to help. It is never made clear that they will be taking money every three months and you are not advised of a payment before it is taken. Cancelling the subscription is much harder than it should be and they refuse any refunds. All the marketing for this is a lie and the app doesn’t work as advertised. Do NOT download this app.
