Don’t subscribe—this is a subscription trap

This app is a subscription trapped, disguised as a tool to help you with your health, but is ultimately a way to charge you quietly a renewal fee every 3 months without communication, providing receipts, or reminders or notifications of payment, as a way to charge you money without you noticing for as long as possible. Customer services will not help with a refund. The makers of this app know what they’re doing to take your money, as I have experienced first hand. Don’t fall for it.

Great for the hyperactive

If you suffer from being easily distracted and have issues keeping your adhd in check this app is for you it gives you the tools and lessons to train your brain into living with adhd and being very succesfull great alternative to medication!

Refund refused

They automatically set me up for automated payments. I paid for the first year (barely used the app) but didn’t realize I was signed up for auto renewal. I wasn’t given any notice before the payment came out and asked for a refund on the same day they charged me for the second year. They refused because “sales are final and there was no technical fault on our end.” Brutal customer service. Do not get this app.

Will charge your card without permission

Changed my card without permission. Did not sign up for a subscription, yet they signed me up. Bad business practice for sure. Do NOT use them.

Feels like a scam

Tried it, didn’t get on with it, thought I cancelled it but turns out I didn’t (that’s on me) however, no warning that my subscription was about to renew with an option to cancel it. Had to trawl through app to find the guidance and then the email they provided wouldn’t work (wouldn’t send the message) so GO THROUGH THE HELP CENTRE.
Won’t refund due to not using or knowing it was about to be renewed.
Basically it’s very well designed to fleece those with adhd. Personally i would avoid at all costs.

Scam

Charging and unauthorized 60$ for a “free app”. I’ve tried reaching out to their customer support, just to be ignored. Yet they respond promptly to dispute attempts from my bank while leaving customers in the dark on the charges in the first place. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I would advise anyone considering this app to think twice before downloading. Save your account from unauthorized access and frustration!

Billing after cancellation

Same happened to me.they charged me yesterday.I canceled subscription a month ago.wrote an email. Waiting for refund

Save your money

This app is poorly supported. I had high hopes and booked my intro call. No one from your team joined. I emailed “support” and received no response. I booked another intro call for today and again no one showed up. It was funny how I couldn’t post my comments through the app as all the “nicknames “ alluding to the poor service were already taken.

Scam

Don’t sign up to this app. It’ll let you cancel the subscription and will not show on your App Store subscription but will take £43 out of your bank account. Avoid at all costs!

Total Rip Off

This is nothing more than a glorified habit tracker which does very little and is glitchy. Once they have your money, you are on your own. No refunds. Buyer beware. Wish I had read all the reviews but I was sucked into the quiz (and they didn’t tell me what kind of ADHD I had anyway). My new mission is now to stop them from preying on people so this will be fun. Can’t wait for the copy paste response with the customer service email. They already refused to refund the purchase once I figured out that the ad was completely misleading.
