  • Cant cancel my subscription

    Signed up with the free trial tjing and canceled soon after because thid wasnt what i was looking for. Just realized that theyve been charging me for the last 8 months. Can’t unsubscribe and they took 40 bucks a month

    It’s a tracker and if you struggle with life already tracking ever aspect will not help.

  • Awful, waste of money, do not buy

    UPDATE - I purchased a 3 month subscription but turned off recurring billing. 3 months down the road they still tried to take money off my original credit card and my bank thankfully blocked it as fraud. This is criminal.

    Before you even start, this company clearly gives the impression of a money grab by upselling a load of individual products which once you say no to, bundles them up at a much cheaper price as a last-ditch attempt to part you with your cash. If you foolishly carried on with the purchase like me, you get offered an ‘on boarding’ session which is bogus - the ‘professional’ missed my call twice and their customer service just haven’t reorganised this for me. I know everyone wants / needs to make money but when you’re trying to fix yourself, it helps if the company providing you ‘care’ isn’t quite so blatantly trying to rinse you of your hard-earned money for what is, essentially, just a journal. AVOID!

  • DONT PURCHASE IF YOU HAVE ADHD UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY

    This app is not good at all. I was willing to try it out and it was making my ADHD worse. As a new mom, I was willing to try anything. This product didn’t work for me but it could work for others. I canceled the subscription (or I thought I did) and it did not exist in Apple ID and I deleted it from my phone. Obviously I was struggling to stay on top of everything but if a subscription is no longer of use - I am sure to cancel before deleteting the app.

    Fast track three random months later, I get a charge on my Apple Card for $29 for Effecto. Thankfully, Apples alert prompted me to double check and no where did the app exist on my phone or in subscriptions. I was sure that my ADHD made me squirrel out and forget but I was frustrated when I didn’t see the app anywhere! It would be a different story if I realized I forgot to cancel.

    So the short answer is in the heading - just don’t purchase this app. After reading other comments, this is their tactic and it’s a shame.

  • Underhanded, stressful and impossible to unsubscribe from

    This app is a total brain overload which is poorly deigned, has a bad user interface which isn’t customisable and why on Earth they feel it will help ADHD people is beyond me. However, fine I tried a thing paid for 3 months and didn’t like it. The thing that is really unethical and feels scammy is that you can’t unsubscribe, the customer services is chaotic and poor and they have stolen my money for a rolling subscription which I did not want. You have to email them to unsubscribe, no reminders, no way to do it via the app or website. They then ignore your enquiry until the first payment comes out - then tell you it’s too late and they ‘don’t do refunds”. Absolute charlatans. I even tried to book an onboarding session as promised in the sign up blurb which I did and no one even turned up to the mtg. I then got an apology 3 weeks later saying sorry we missed you. I mean this does not support anyone with executive functioning it’s seems like it’s just a scam for your money with a system of setting your own phone reminders. Left a very bitter taste tbh and have never had this much trouble with a company. Urrrghhh!

  • Difficult to cancel

    You have an app that is set up to supposedly help people with ADHD. However, you do not have a way to cancel your subscription unless the customer calls or emails you. This, in itself, is taking advantage of one of the deficits of a person with ADHD in that they cannot easily cancel or remember they have a subscription with your company. When one does realize they are still paying for the subscription, it is only when the payment has already been processed. Yet a refund is not able to be processed? You can easily see that I have not logged in for the past 3+ months except for last week when I tried to cancel. Also, in order to cancel, I had to go to your website and find an email address, which again is a way your company is trying to make cancelling difficult.

  • Scam

    There is no way to cancel this app. I just realized they have been wrongly charging me for almost a year. Since there are no instructions to cancel within the app I assumed that I had not fully signed up. I went to the subscriptions page in the Apple AppStore to try to cancel it there and it doesn’t show up. I used that rocket app to try to cancel and it seems that didn’t work because I was just charged again. I have never used this app. It is too confusing. I understand there is a way to set it up with staff from the app using a video call, but I think there needs to be another option like video instructions available through the app. Not everyone wants to hop on a one on one call with a stranger. I sent them this feedback via email and never heard a response.
