Key capabilities missing
The app doesn’t allow you to add the monogram to the product nor does it sync your cart between the website and the app.
Total Price at checkout is incorrect.
Check your totals when checking out. Have you ever noticed they’re more than the actual total? Be careful because my total is about $50 more than it should be. When I contacted CS, there solution was to use the website where the cost of each item is more. Bait and switch.

Cozy, classic and comfy! This is my 5th piece and I especially love it. Love that it’s not so bodycon. I ordered it in black, size 2. I’m 5’6” and 140lbs. It’s beautiful, flattering and elegant. I also ordered the yard long scarf and wore them both to teach my class yesterday. Gave me a needed boost after election results.

Great clothes, mediocre app
I love Bleusalt clothes, but their app has always been problematic. It forgets my login often. They give special discounts on the app, but then offer additional discount codes or VIP points that don’t apply to sales items. It gets confusing which discounts apply and which don’t and it doesn’t explain their policies anywhere. If I’m shopping under “App Exclusives,” because that’s where the discounts are, I can filter by size and color but not clothing for men?!? For these reasons and more, I’ve always found the app frustrating.

Like the product but. . .
The Bleusalt app is difficult to use, has rules and limitations that are never explained and every time I use it I do not get the best price because I break rules that are NEVER explained. Today the app reminded me to use my award points. I tried. They never “took.” Turns out while I was in the app trying to use my points Bleusalt sent me 3 emails which I did not see because I was on the app as directed.
That was 1000 points (worth who knows what) that are the same as or different from the dollar value awards also I could not use.
You need to do 3 things - fix this user-unfriendly app, credit the order I just placed for whatever those 1000 points are worth, and re-design your award system so it is much easier to understand and works with the app as opposed to fighting it as it does now.

Your free scarf add is annoying
I love your clothes, but every time I’m looking at something the add for free scarf comes down and covers what I’m looking at. I was almost going to say forget it because I was trying to compare tops to see which one I liked better. Make it smaller or something, and you have two of them to try to X out of. Ugh!

Love Bluesalt
I love the quality and the fit. You can wear it for a casual outing and evening wear. I receive a lot of compliments. I purchased some pieces for my husband as well, and he loves them.

Was not a 2 - it was a zero but the invoice said 2. Customer Service insisted I returned a 2. No refund, nothing in stock that I really wanted. Wasn’t impressed with the quality of the scarf. Selvage exposed on one side the back side of scarf is pilled. Not reordering and will not recommend.
