Very very finicky
I love you live gamble sports. Easy to get money in and out. However, it kicks you off, can’t determine your location, or says it’s unable to log you in at least 1/3 of the time. You have to repeatedly log in just to gamble. “Cash out” feature after you placed a bet you’re not too sure about is very nice. It’s mid at best.

Bare Bones Glitchy Mess
Go to Tennessee and play draftkings or fan dual app. The difference in those fast, real time betting, apps and this absolute phoned in beta test of an app are astronomical. I cannot believe this glitchy mess is approved on any mobile app store. You place bets and it will sometimes accept them. Some times it wont. You close out bets early and it is a complete guess if it takes it or the app breaks or just doesnt take it. You can only bet on about a third of what other apps allow. The app flat out lacks everything.

Simply lacking
The fact the app seems to freeze or lock when you try to pull bets early but never struggles to take them, the sheer lack of offerings is quite glaring. You cannot even bet on defense in football at all. Player vs player bets which make fan duel so attractive are non existent. The app is lacking in virtually so many ways it is an incredible feat to ever win on it.

Needs improvements
App works okay no major issues but the facelift is really needed on this. SGP and prop parlays are never an option and it’s about the only sports book that doesn’t have them. The app is far behind every other one but it works okay.
Bugs and issues every moment
Had so many issues with depositing and withdrawal methods. It only kept giving me errors. I also tried withdrawing 200 dollars and all I get is failed reason. I’ve used the espnbet app and when I initiated a withdrawal it was instantly credited to my bank account. I won’t be using this app anymore, doesn’t help the player.

Consistently Bad
Has consistently bad odds compared to any other platform. Also has very convenient outages that block live bets and cash out options - costing the customer money and will only respond with that they take no accountability for technical outages. Extremely poor customer service
Need more options, but works mostly..
When will we see better options for betting on things such as combined SGP’s and same game player props. As well as better updates to LIVE tickets, and player scores, almost every other sportsbook has these standard features. very lacking in so many departments. What limited options are available do work for the most part, but the UI is not user friendly or smooth. Much needed big updates, not just the usual “minor bug fixes and improvements.” for the last years.

Customer Service?
The customer service here is absolutely terrible. If you ever have an issue with your account I guarantee it will never be resolved. I’ve been dealing with the same problem for almost 2 months now. Do yourself a favor and use a different betting service. They will email you and give you information that you already know, but still will never address the issue that you are having.

The app is filled with bugs and rarely works. It’s such a terrible platform to bet on. Arkansas deserves better sports betting options. Fanduel, where are you?!

Login issues
It is getting increasingly frustrating to use this app. Half the day, all I get when logging in is “internal server error” or “temporarily unable to login. Try again later.”
