Not worth it
I have been trying to figure out how to cancel this for months and I’m extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication in how to do that. I have sent emails and tried the website since it wasn’t shown in my subscriptions as an active subscription even though it was bought in the App Store and continued to get charged for two pay period months (so six months total) for a service not even on my phone anymore. I just so happen to see the receipt come in at TWO IN THE MORNING this time and figured out how to cancel it. This is ridiculous and there’s not even a customer support line you can contact and they get in contact immediately. It was a cool service but not many options of books after you get thru most of them and impossible to actually speak to someone. Will not be recommending this but since I got charged AGAIN for it I’m considering redownloading it and seeing if more options of books are available now. My daily recommendations kept being books I’d already listened to on the app and so it lacked variety for me personally.Show lessGood but not Fantastic
I would have given 5 stars, however when the narrator is reading to me sometimes the words written in the book and the words said through the audio are not the same. Sometimes it goes on for a whole paragraph, which is distracting and makes it hard to follow along. Also if I finish a book, the next day the app tells me that I have not completed the book and I need to read the last page over again in order to finish. Also, like this evening, it said I had read 14 out of 15 minutes when I hadn’t even read anything! Not a deal breaker but definitely frustrating. I do enjoy the content, and this app is helping my retention, and ability to read faster, which I did not expect.Show lessTop
