    with this app, i lost 4.2 pounds in 5 days!!! from the start i was 119 and after only 5 days i was 114.8. if your looking to lose weight, i HIGHLY recommend litely!

    This app helps me a lot. As I was trying to lose weight before I went to college in august and I’m already losing some pounds. And at first I thought I would have to starve to fast but no they encourage you to eat and drink lots of water. I think it’s a good app for people who have trouble not eating a lot like me.

    Wish I could have known the concept “intermittent fasting” earlier.. this has made my life better, lowered my blood sugar index and lost some e weight. 168 fasting plan is what I’m following, I am thinking about switching to 20:4, but it’s gonna be harder… any way, intermittent fasting is actually making my overall health better and I felt energized everyday!
