    I recently tried this app, and I must say it has been a game changer for my health and well-being!
    🤔I think in IF app, users‘ feeling is very important. When using Litely, the UI is clean, intuitive Lay-out make it easy to navigate.

    Whether you are a beginner or experienced with intermittent fasting, the app provides clear guidance throughout the process. Besides, this app allows me to set my personalized fasting schedule and goals and provides reminders to help me stay on track. It enables me to customize my plan based on my preferences, at beginning I do 16:8 fasting and now I can do 20:4 fasting. The goal tracking feature motivates me to achieve my fasting objektives and helps me maintain consistency.

    It offers comprehensive progress tracking tools, enabling me to monitor my fasting hours, track my weight, record my water intake. These features provide valuable insights into my weight loss journey, make it much easier to check the results over time.

    It severs not only as a fasting tracker but also a source of educational resources and community support. Litely offers informative articles, tips and expert advice on weight loss, nutrition and overall wellness. I really appreciate the detailed recipes in this app, they are interesting and easy to follow! I am often busy with my work, so it’s really useful for me to prepare delicious and EASY meals after work:).

    I know FASTING is the easiest way for me to lose hormonal belly fat but it's so hard to that focus on my own. It's surprisingly because I recently paid for a tracker on my iPhone and was really disappointed 😭.
    I had tried several fasting apps and all of them were very thin and I can offer little interactive tools for the lazy person.So,when I found this app, I had some biases, but I ended up liking it, like the unique AI Coach feature. It has proven to be extremely helpful in my daily routine.Since I visit the gym every day, I find it essential to have my alarm on my phone.This app not only allows me to set alarms but also provides me with the ability to track the duration.While I do wish it had a few more features, I must say it’s a fantastic tool overall.
    This app provides tremendous motivation to stay on course and has inspired me to increase my water intake and explore healthy vegetarian recipes.Now I do 16:8 fasting and never feel hungry at night anymore. My first experience with intermittent fasting, and this app has already been a good teacher and guide.And there is even an AI coach telling me what to do. it’s far more than a fasting timer.The LITELY app is incredible! This App also provides daily tasks to educate me further about nutrition and fasting.This journey I’m on feels more supported with this app.

    So when it starts you it says 3 month S 33.99 but what it doesn't tell you is you get charged initially. All it says is you won't get charged till 3 months later. Don't use
  • App has bugs

    Keep sending wrong notifications about fasting and eating reminders.

    Do not record the fasting period/information properly. (Stage overview shows need to fast and plan interface show cheat day)

    Not very friendly user interface (I have a hard time filling info in the fasting schedule)
  • Horrible!!!! The “FREE” trial?!?

    I was charged over 30$!!!! Even though I signed up for a FREE TRIAL, that I started yesterday!!!! . It hasn’t even ended and they took 30+ dollars out of my bank account!!!! Not even a good app or something you can’t do on your own easily!!

    This app is trash. Don’t pay for it! Terrible meal plan system. Doesn’t give visibility for full week or future meals so can’t set yourself up for success.

    I am only using the free version of the fasting app so far, and it's very simple and easy to use. The part I am using is very basic since I am just starting out with the fasting. I may pay for the pro later as I get into it more. I've lost almost 3 pounds in 5 days and eating low carb. I love that the app sends notifications to motivate me to fast and drink water throughout the day. I love a strip fasting tracker to show when I can eat again, too. I like the app a lot. I'll keep using it!
