Awful app - even if you eventually get in
Had Comlit installed at a property and the app is really bad.
The login is impossible, resetting passwords doesn’t work. So if it does bin you off, good luck getting back in.
The video playback sometimes works, and the picture quality is good… but the whole thing is so unusable that it’s basically garbage.
Having spent thousands with a professional security company I’ve got a good mind to have them rip it out and install something else.
