    I ordered a side of fries they gave me hash browns instead. My mouth was watering for the fries. And they gave crapppy Hashbrowns. No powered sugar on French toast. Not completely satisfied. Ugh.
  • Awful service

    There was hardly anyone in this location which made me curious there only two waitresses working I ordered chicken noodle soup and the half sandwich the soup came it looks strange the lady said oh they had to change companies but it was just same. it was not it was horrible my husband ordered a hamburger well they were out of buns so he got his hamburger and two slices of Texas toast he wanted onion rings or french fries they were out of those we also overheard the conversation at the next table young lady ordered pancakes with strawberries they were out of strawberries and I don’t remember what it was a man ordered but what he ordered they were out of this is the worst service we have ever encountered at that location will probably give it one more chance but if it does not improve we won’t be going back and it is the only Village Inn that I know of in our area thank you. Thank you
  • Village inn rewards

    Village inn is so cuddly, and Woodleigh that I can’t even hardly stand to be alive. It makes me want to eat pie and drink coffee and eat more pie and drink coffee and eat more pie and drink coffee and get fat and listen to my hair grow.
  • Needs an update

    Needs the full menu and the ability to add you cards and pay thru the app.
  • Not useful

    The servers don’t give you a receipt that you can scan after you pay and they are CLUELESS about how the app works. VERY DISAPPOINTED in my experience with this.
  • Holiday Pies

    I ordered 3 Holiday Pies on the app and was charged. I went to pick them up today and only 1 was there. I checked the App and 2 of my orders were cancelled. I did not cancel them. I had to buy them again to get them. I would like to be refunded for the pies that I bought that I did not receive. I would also like to know why 2 of my orders were cancelled.

  • Payment Feature Doesn’t Work

    I was so excited to order through the app, but when it came to the payment, the payment feature didn’t open for my credit card. Not good! I’d love to be able to compote order to be able to just pick it up at the store, especially with the holidays coming up!
  • Super ! The Best

    We come to the one in Riverview all the time it is so clean and it the waitress always know our name with a smile and the manager —we are here 4 times a week. We love it. It’s absolutely clean! Food is awesome — and most important is the kind waitresses in the manager !!! Everybody nice the waitresses and especially the manager. All is perfect here at riverview village Inn ——
  • App is awful

    This is the worst restaurant app. It errors out constantly, doesn’t accept receipts if it has been more than a couple days since you ate at the restaurant. To add to it, there are several days we’ve tried to use the rewards when the register “wouldn’t process rewards” those days, and there isn’t a way to put points on your account at the time of purchase, you just have to hope you remember to scan in the barcode later before it “expires”. Honestly It has been incredibly frustrating and I would rather there was no “rewards program” at all than one this poorly executed.
