Great app
Genuinely helpful app. Find taking time to journal difficult and even though there are a lot of apps that can help most seem to charge a monthly subscription.
This app helps keep track of your moods and also gives resources to help find further support. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Thank you so much!
Been looking for something like this.
I found this app from the developer's reddit post. I've been looking for a tracker with exactly the -5 to 5 scale, but no other app seemed to have it so I've just resorted to using google sheets for awhile now.
I found myself using the app multiple times a day even without notifications, whereas before I only ever logged my moods once at the end of the day. I realize that my old habit wasn't as comprehensive or indicative of my patterns when it came time to analyze it at the end of the month/quarter. And I'm not super into journaling because I can't manage being so consistent, but I gravitated towards opening the app often enough to write a few entries. It's definitely made me so much more aware of my moods as opposed to once-a-day logging. It's started to become an enjoyable thing as opposed to a chore.
Unlike most people, I like that this app is online. I want to be able to access my data on my computer jnstead of just my phone.
This app is new, I think it's only been three months. It has great great potential. It works for folks who like bare bones tracking. I have to use other apps to log medications, exercise, menses and all other things relevant for my mental. I also have other apps that generate reports of those logs so I can see the long-term patterns and make connections between certain habits that could be influencing my moods. While this app has a weekly recap, I'd love for the feature to go further than that. I'd just really like to be able to send those patterns to my healthcare team. But these are simply my two cents and doesn't take away from how good this app already is. I love the interface, ease of use, and accessibility, they're some of the main reasons this app has become one of my most-used.
The creator made it clear that they believe in creating free resources and services for mental health. This advocacy is one of the reasons I feel good about using this app and will continue to support whatever they release in the future.

Really well made
Simple yet very powerful app to keep track of my mood. Only one wish: is it possible to let Apple Silicon Macs download this app as well?
Response from developer
Hi! An Apple Silicon version on baseline is on the extended roadmap. For now, you can always use baseline on your computer’s web browser at https://web.getbaseline.app. Thanks for using baseline!
Super simple
Great little app which is also open source and encrypted.
Amazing App! Great For Everyone!
Baseline is a really great app! It’s good for any person, for any use. If you are trying to decided whether or not to get this app, you definitely should! It gives weekly review quizzes which is helpful for you to know how the week went in all. Everything is free-may I add! You get results on how much stress and anxiety is in your life and ways to fix it, as well as potentially having depression. This app knew I had depression so I talked to my doctor and i took a few tests and the app was right! Extremely reliable!! All round amazing app!!

Love over all - what if you skip a day?
I really love this app
So far it’s the only one i’ve been dedicated to using. It’s very simple and helpful.
I ended up being busy and skipped a day of tracking how I was feeling. That was the first good day in a while for me and I would’ve loved to have an option to go back and do an “overall I was feeling ___” so it’s saved in the data.
It’s probably not something I’d do everyday but just those times where I forget :)
