Stopped detecting falls
It worked great, until it didn’t- maybe 2 months it worked. Customer service is very responsive, but was not helpful the second time we spoke. A year’s subscription I paid, bought this for fall detection for my daughter, and now is a complete waste of money. I wouldn’t say it’s 100% pointless, since it tracks her rides. But I could have gotten that with a free app. I do not recommend this product.bif8694
Works great!
When I start and stop my ride the system alerts my pre set emergency contacts with my location. The fall alert feature give me peace of mind as I often ride alone or out of view from others. The system also tracks and maps my rides which helps me keep track of my training as I ride multiple horse per week.ICE7X
