  • Almost perfect

I love this app, but it really needs an Apple Watch app. I’m trying to eliminate my phone from my workouts and having to take it out after every set is frustrating. An Apple Watch app with the ability to tick exercises done would be immensely helpful.

Also, being able to program a top set along with back off sets would be nice without the algorithm thinking you’re stalling for completing lower weight/ reps for every set.
  • Bug that changed my workout

Got a bug where my workouts were set to some crazy amount like 600lb for leg extension and I can’t delete it, so now I never get PRs anymore 🥲
  • Has some issues.

Overall I love the app. However the latest update has caused it to constantly crash for me. I can’t get through a single exercise without it crashing and resetting my workout
  • Enjoying it so far

Been using this app for a couple months now and am really liking the workouts it generates. My only complaint would be that it’s missing some exercises that I honestly think were surprising to find missing.
  • Excellent app

Love this app. It’s great for automatically tracking progress and natural progressive overload.
Only suggestion: it would be great to have more of a selection of dumbell exercises
  • Amazing UI, needs customization

I love how easy it is to dial in the weight/reps for each exercise as you’re doing the workout, and the rest counter between sets is also nice. The insights about which muscles are growing is great too.

It’s frustrating at times though because while it does let you add new exercises to particular days, it’s very much built around the program it auto-generates for you. I’m doing an Upper/Lower split at the moment, but it’s difficult to implement my own sequence of exercises for each workout day into my own program.

Also, it doesn’t let you add an exercise unless it already has it in its database, which is limited. Would be excellent to simply have “add custom exercise” and then you could create your own.
  • Good concept, but buggy

I like the concept of the app and I’m trying to stick with it. However, there are quite a few bugs that make the experience of using it less than ideal. I’ve submitted the bugs to support, but support seems to be fairly non-responsive.
  • For me? Life changing

Never write reviews but have to say - amazing job by Joe and the team on this one. I’ve been a consumer of fitness content for a long time, but was never able to find, let alone stick to, a routine that I felt good about. That problem is gone after using this for a month. The design, AI features, and clarity of information here all come together to make the fitness tracking experience so easy it’s criminal. It’s also educational and easy to use, so important for an app like this. Do yourself a favor and use it!
  • Good, but just a little lacking in exercise variety

there are some slightly more niche exercises like rack pulls that arent available on the app, but otherwise nice
  • Push

This is the first app I’ve ever written a review for. I’ve spent a lot of money on programs, over 300$ in a year. This is by far the best I’ve found.
