  • It’s the little things

AI learned behavior interactivity in apps isn’t new, but it is finally becoming common. This is by far the best example that I’ve encountered. Obviously program generation and adaptation is the key benefit, but I am impressed with the little details. The way that each exercise has a simple to access movement animation reference, the ease of adding a set or changing weights/reps, the way each exercise collapses to maximize visual real estate after you finish each one, the intuitive way you can select the exercise and replace it with something else (smart suggestions are pushed to the top). I could go on and on.

This app quickly made it to the first page on my phone and I have been evangelical about it with my girlfriend. Highly recommend.
  • Glitchy

Super glitch. Tried to generate a program 6 different times with no success…I then changed my days of training and it worked…so obviously needs to be fixed. Inside the app, it’s even more glitchy when starting a workout, logging it, and trying to generate a new workout.
  • So many bugs......

Enter info, crash, resubmit, crash. Workout, crash.

    What is PB?
  • Great app

I was recommended Push by a JD vid. I like how I can get to the gym and not think too hard about setting my own progressive overload and keeping track of lifts. The app does it for you.
  • AutoPay after trial

I will start with the fact this app is well put together and with time, after a few additions/iterations it will be very very useful for beginner or experienced lifters alike.
    But;
Be careful when downloading the free trial. It states you will be given a notification to cancel or adjust your payment plan before you are charged so I thought I’d give it a go. Unfortunately the notification only pops up inside the app so you wont get a notification if you happen to not train that day and don't have the app open. I’ve applied for a refund and may come back to the app after a few months when the kinks are a little more ironed out!
  • Great for both advanced customizers and people looking for complete automation

    Very satisfied with app.

Only suggestion is ability to see the schedule more than a week at a time (appreciating the algorithm may suggest changes along the way) in order to plan you lift days in advance - especially if you’re trying to balance lifting and cardio.

    Great app. Highly recommend.
  • Exactly what you need and nothing more

This app does an amazing job at designing a program and implementing progressive overload for you. Being able to quickly see your weekly volume and adjust workouts to add or subtract volume for certain muscles is AWESOME. Well done.
  • An actually good influencer fitness app

I enjoy the emphasis on progressive overload and science based progression. Definitely beats notepad and/or excel.
Haven’t bothered trying anyone else’s fitness app as I feel like too many are just ports of cookie cutter pdf fitness plans.

Happy to support Joey D and progress in the process.
  • Perfect App to overcome a plateu

The organization and precision of this app is top tier. My workouts have life again!
  • Excellent

I’ve tried them all. Every fitness tracker. And this is the best one. Science based. Automatic AI program building. Takes into account not just the basic height and weight, but other key details like sleep, stress, recovery, years of training, etc. Includes research and sources. Has a huge variety of exercises and customizable programs. This has everything you’d need, can’t say I’d prefer anything more. One feature I’d like to see added though - the ability to either add custom exercises and/or adjust a workout fully. As someone with experience sometimes I want to adapt from the expected programming. That said, I’m a certified PT and it makes me really happy that people will be getting access to this level of a fitness app. Great job.
