    Really enjoying using the apps. I work best when I can follow a plan, and this app has been working out perfectly. Plenty of substitution options for working out the same muscles when you don’t have access to certain equipment
  • My Workout Journal: Optimized for Growth

    Been using this app for 20+ weeks straight and I can’t imagine ever needing to use anything else. Well worth the subscription just for the data collection and progressive overload algorithms.

    Feedback
    - bugs. Sometimes exercises will have 5lbs as the suggested weight for the exercise. It just looks like it hasn’t loaded user data.
    - "Insights" - Can sometimes look bugged immediately after a workout.
    - “Insights” - based on the last 7 days. I rely on this feature a lot. Can you make it so that this is based on calendar days instead of workout days? Some days I have a double workout and upon completing the second one it progresses the days again, so I’m not able to accurately see how much I’ve worked a muscle group in a week since some days get bumped off after a workout.
    Keep it up. Thanks for this app.
  • Application not ready

    1) billed me a full year and next month billed a month
    2) support does not respond….ever!
    3) application scheduled 2 of the same exercise two days in a row.
    4) example videos require you to click twice to get them to play.
    5). Fonts for critical items like time remaining are way too small
    6) No application for iWatch
    That’s enough for now

  • This app is worth it

    Great idea and execution with this app. Gives me a lifting program to start with based on my criteria, lets me make adjustments or changes, super easy to track my lifts during a workout, and gives me the ability to track my progress over time. Highly recommended!
  • Having a Plan is EVERYTHING

    Do not go into a workout without a plan and an AI generated plan is the best!

    Use this app to warm up, workout, time your rest and see you strength and volume metrics history over time. This replaced other expensive inflexible plans (Web and Excel), a workout/rest timer, and a workout log notebook that I had to keep up with and it is always available on your phone or tablet. Everything is modifiable (exercise/reps/sets) to what you enjoy doing and have available to you at your home or gym. It also integrates with Apple Health.

  • Loved it until latest update

    Great app. Until yesterdays update. They made the font thinner and smaller. Therefore I can’t see the numbers unless I wear reading glasses. I don’t plan on wearing readers at the gym. Guess I need to find a new app. To bad I teally liked this app.
  • Hidden gem of fitness apps

    I was looking for a workout app that was based on science and had pre-built programs and this is it! I’ve tested Fitbod, Workout, Gymaholic, and many others and this is my favorite so far. It has great plans, easy tracking, and very responsive customer support. What’s more important is that everything the app tells you is research based and not just a bunch of opinions or data scraped off of the internet. Highly recommend.
