  • Great… but

Listen, this app is great. It’s really helpful as a reminder of what workouts and the weights to them I hit last, and the weekly streak and little panda themed cards at the end of every workout are very motivational. It’s cool to see what parts I hit well, and what I need to improve upon. Also, with such a wide list of workouts in the selection it’s easy to mark off what I did, and if the workout isn’t there, it has a free custom workout feature, which many other apps don’t include. The only problem I have with with the app is marking failures and warmups. It’s such a small feature to not have for free and it’s something that I feel should be free. I understand there need to be a few features blocked to premium, but the marking is so small, yet it would really round out the other free features included with the app.

  • Good Workout Tracker

Stronger does a good job of making a free version of an app that doesn’t feel like it’s a trial to get you to subscribe to get the whole package. The free version is a perfectly viable and usable platform that allows you to track workouts, hit milestones and accurately track how hard you’re training each muscle every week, including what muscles you may be neglecting.

I’ve subscribed to the full version and I’d recommend that as well, it includes more ways of tracking your progress and comparing your strength to everyone else.

  • Annoying

I have tried to cancel the payment for this app cause I don’t need to use it anymore as I have created my own workout plan and don’t need to follow excercises on here anymore so I went to cancel the monthly subscription but apparently I can’t. They said to wait till the 30 th so I did and yesterday I attempted to cancel it and it didn’t let me I tried deleting my account so I don’t have to pay anymore money for something I don’t want and even after I pressed delete account it charged me £10 on my card 3 different times so I had to block me card so no more charges are on my card. It impossible with this app it’s a scam and a nuisance.

  • AMAZING APP ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I have been using Stronger for the last few months now and I have seen a significant increase in the speed of my growth within the gym.

I would put this down to the apps comparison to last workout feature as it helps me always progressively overload.

Not only that but the goals and challenges that are set such as the Boring 747. Number one it really puts into perspective how heavy it is but also how much I have lifted.

Lastly what has helped me grow is the weekly strength score as it identifies my weakest muscle groups, showing me where I should put more effort in future workouts.

My only problem with this app is I wish it had a wider variety of exercises and exercises customisations.
1-For my first point there are two exercises I wish I could have that are the reverse dumbbell wrist curl and Cable wrist curl.
2-For my second point on exercises such as cable row I use lots of diffrent grips to work different muscles on my back but Ofc this doesn’t show at the end of the workout rather it just shows as if I have the same muscle for 8 sets .

  • Update lost my old sessions

Was good except it’s impossible to export a routine for your coach. New update lost all my old sessions which I was copying to use for the next one. Going back to Evernote which will fix that
  • Pretty Good

I like seing my progress at the gym but whenever I open the app it asks for updates but I'm not able to on the app store the pop up gets a little annoying but it's tolerable. The ui and social part works amazing, theres not much of a social part other than your friends though since no one follows random people or like your workouts. One thing that would be cool is adding ranks to exercises I feel like the strength score Isn't the most informing so I think that will make it more fun. I'm looking forward to the future updates and changes. Great app!

  • A must have for intermediate/advanced lifter

Found this thing on Tiktok a few months back, at first I was interested by the « fun » this app had to offer so I downloaded it. Then i realized that what made me install this app at the base was top of the iceberg concerning the usefulness of this app. The ability to track your bodyweight, your lifts and to compare them to other people your BW makes this app so necessary it allows you to create custom routine , helps you discover new exercise and even create some that aren’t there. To resume this app is so useful in SO MANY way that it became a must have in my training !

  • The 🐐

Easily one of the best fitness apps ever made, really great and simple to use. Developers clearly care a lot about the users and their experience within the app. Love the graphic it shows of the muscles hit on completion of a workout. Only point of improvement I’d suggest is adding more variations of exercises to log, other than that top class.
