Difficult to cancel

Not user friendly

Constantly have to re input information and can’t purchase tickets early. Have to wait until just before the bus arrives. Doesn’t allow for planning trips a day or evens hours ahead.

Good e-ticket

It let me purchase my ticket and show proof to all train conductors and bus drivers. Unfortunately it doesn’t compete with Google Maps for selecting route combinations and step by step stops and changes along the way. RMV app said there was no way home for 12 hours, but Google Maps gave me a route that took me home on all RMV trains and buses in just 2 hours. Nice that it covers so many carriers. Please keep improving this app. Test it. Use RMV, then Google Maps, then DB, etc.

Unübersichtliches Layout

Für die Verbindungssuche nehme ich nun die alte RMVsmart App (kein Ticketkauf auf mehr möglich, aber ein effektives Layout für die Verbindungssuche) und fürs Deutschlandticket Mo.pla.
Mit RMVgo brauche ich mich so gar nicht mehr quälen 😜😜😜.

Sehe keinen Fortschritt zur bisherigen App, im Gegenteil, es ist alles sehr unübersichtlich. Und dazu frisst die neue Version Speicherplatz (111 MB statt 20MB bei der alten RMVApp). Hallo? Auf einem Smartphone mit kleinem Bildschirm brauchen einfache Infos sehr viel Platz, daher ist der Kartenausschnitt dann winzig. Fehlte auch in der alten App: Bei der Übersicht der Verbindungen werden die Gleis-Nummern nicht angezeigt (dabei hätte es dort Platz für). Wenn man also schnell schauen muss welcher Zug vielleicht im FFM-Hbf noch erreicht werden kann, verliert man Zeit damit in jede Verbindung ei nzeln hinein zu schauen (und darf sich die Nummern merken während man rennt).

Partially translated and unclear

As a tourist, I was happy to see the App was translated until I realized they essentially only the titles and headers were done; the content, details, descriptions of ticket types are only in German. Also, when buying on the terminals in station, you don’t need to specify origin / destination (which is very hard to deduce to/from airport) but this app makes it mandatory. Very very strange…
