Not intuitive

Too many clicks between identifying route and buying ticket.

Not timely

Hello, I find this app is not very accurate. It basically I’ll tell you what station to go to to catch what train or bus, but the timetables inside are totally wrong. I have found much better abs in Germany such as the hvv in Hamburg that is completely accurate.

Issue with Deutschlandticket

I purchased the Euro 49 Deutschlandticket on my IPad at 13:15 today. I have an RMV account on my iPhone yet the ticket I bought on my ipad is not displayed on my phone??? The only tickets displayed on my iPhone are past tickets. This needs to be investigated.

No detour alerts provided

This new app does not tell you when detours exist or stops are cancelled. Not helpful at all

Error messages

The updated app constantly gives me an error message that my account is not active when I try to purchase tickets. I’ve double checked everything online and it is all active. Then miracle of miracles it started working again for about 2 weeks. Now I’m back to error messages and unable to purchase tickets. I’ve tried deleting the app, changing my payment methods, and restarting my phone. Nothing works.

Terrible

UI is uniquely bad and sends you round in circles. It remembers none of your data and randomly logs you out. It constantly sends you to the website when you try to do almost anything. Really terrible. I think RMV needs to scrap this nightmare and start over with something that works

Difficult to navigate

I dislike it so much, not user friendly. I just want to know which stops a certain line takes and have no idea how to do this. Disheartening

Really bad

Way worse than the app it replaced. I hate it.

Filled with Errors

Logs me out constantly, which is a huge issue for an app that is supposed to be allowing us to rapidly purchase tickets digitally.

User-rudeness

The new version goes beyond user-unfriendliness. It’s plain user-rudeness. Did the Product Owner ever use the app? Do the developers ever use it? Did they perform empathy maps to understand how users actually use such an app? Did they run analytics on the old version to see what people actually need? I’m app-savvy and had to navigate the GUI for minutes just to find how to perform basic tasks. Ever heard of “must have,” “should have,” and “can have” features? Who needs a map as a homepage? That’s what Google Maps is for. Why do I have to tap on a button to search for a train connection from A to B? Why do I have to scroll down after running a search to find out what time I have to leave the place I am in to catch my subway just because you though I’d want a map route at the top instead? ASK people what they want instead of assuming. The look is more modern, granted, but functionality comes first, dear Development Team. That’s why we have User Stories and other polling methods. What do we want? Schedules, connections (take this tram at this time, then change at this station to catch this other train at this time), and fast ticket purchases to pay for the service we’re using. Please, please, please improve it.
