  • Disappointed

    I am really missing the On Road app. This one gives even fewer details for each transaction than the last app. No auto login to be used with your phone’s security. I’ve just taken to going to Chrome and logging into the actual Comdata website.

    It would be nice to see where each purchase was made like the old app we used to use.

    The set up seem sketchy I feel like I’m being scammed.
  • Worst App

    This is the worst app ever to take over Comdata! I have been a Professional Driver since 2002, image this app replacing none facts of your work. It could have at the least provide the basic use of transactions. It forever Know NOTHING

    Absolutely the worst customer service and technical capabilities that I have ever experienced, now been waiting more than 2 weeks to get access (through the app) to my card and my money!

    I hope this app is a lot better than the old app I have been trying to get onto the old app for a while without success!
    Since I do not know the procedures for companies when a employee voluntarily quits or is terminated about shutting off card!
    1: There should be a way of clearing the employee user name on his account when he gets a new job that also uses Comdata!
    2: If the account stays with the employee and he receives a personalized card from the new employer his money should transfer from old card to new card if the account is just with the employee!
    So I hope to be able to look at my account here on driven!
    So right now I am reserving my rights to do another review when I get everything put into place here on this new app!
