Poor UI
Play button is merged at the bottom of the screen with the swipe up option. Impossible to hit play.
Good content, horrible app
The app completely stopped working late last week, which is a real shame because Andrew Huberman’s content on there is terrific. Hoping that everything will be fixed soon.

App crashes
Have had the app for a few months and I use the mental fitness portion religiously. I’m the two month time there’s been two separate occasions where the app doesn’t even work for days at a time regardless of whether I uninstall or not.

Unusable
I subscribed to a year of this product and was only able to use it for a few weeks. I just want to listen to the NSDR. When I open the app nothing loads. Infuriating experience - do not subscribe until this issue is confirmed fixed.
Update: I am now in America and the app seems to work. Now I am looking for the 30 minute NSDR with Huberman and it cannot be found. What is going on

It’s a shame
Loved this at first. Really enjoyed the sleep journey stuff. Now nothing loads. Just blank screens and no reaction to any headings clicked.
An embarrassment
I bought a year in this app because Dr. Huberman’s name was associated with it. The third time I used it, I couldn’t log in to the premium subscription. Over the course of two weeks, customer service had ‘sincerely understood’ my frustration and assured me they were working on it no fewer than four times. They ignored my requests for a refund. I finally told them to keep the money and never contact me again. At least they got that right. A disaster of an app with inept customer support, IMHO.

Great when it works!
The app is great when it works, and you have complete functionality of it. I haven’t had full functionality of the app in over two months. I keep losing access to more and more. The worst part is when you reach out to support, it takes them weeks to get back to you. Don’t buy better off using free resources on YouTube provided by dr. Huberman

Poor, should be in beta
I paid for a yearly subscription and can’t get behind the paywall. I also emailed support about getting a refund, and they did not provide it. $12 for nothing.
Nothing works
Save your time and money. This app is useless. The teachers are top-class but the app is really defective. Even the most patient human would get tired of so many bugs
Very buggy, real pity
The concept and content are great but sadly the app is very weak. Many blank screens and plus videos that don't play when they are supposed to. This is not ready to be a paid app, more like a beta version. It is also a poor reflection on the scientists participating as the medium is the message. I have let the developers know via customer support a few days ago so will wait for a response.
