Still has problems after all this time.
The App still has a long delay in showing your actual balance after a recent transaction. The website online version has the correct balance but the App takes time to catch up. Same goes after a payment is made using the App. Also I have had a ‘Transaction Pending’ for the last 4 months (that was paid but still flags as pending). Rang them weeks ago to rectify this but still no action.Show lessTerrible app
The app suddenly logged me out and when I tried to log back on it tells me that my login details are incorrect. I am able to sign on from the website with the exact same login information and I’m able to access my account without any problems. For a financial institution to have such problems is disgraceful compared to any other bank, building society or credit union.
Since writing the last review, this app and bank are still rubbish. The worst bank I have ever seen. The app doesn’t work and then the internet login doesn’t either. JUST RUBBISH for an Australian bank.Show lessCan’t log in
Despite being over a year since I last left a review about not being able to use the app as it locked me out and says my credentials are wrong, this has not been fixed yet and I am still unable to log into the app.
The info works online to log in so my credentials are not wrong but I can not long in and use the App features.
This app was apparently bug fixed 2 months ago and still hadnt fixed this issue…Show less
