  • Impossible à utiliser

Bug dès la tentative de connexion
  • Terrible App

This app does not accurately record distance and you can’t edit your rides to correct it. It also does not connect to the Apple Watch. So, I’ll be using Map My Ride to record my bike rides since it’s way more accurate and connects to this app. The app takes you to their website for most things which is annoying…you should be able to do everything in the app. The app and the website are not user friendly and it seems impossible to contact anyone even though they have a section for that. I’m only using this app for a month long work event, and I would never recommend it to anyone.

  • Don’t know how useful this really is

I use Garmin paired with an Edge 530 and also have Strava although I only use that app for viewing not recording rides. I installed the love to ride app because it offered the rate my routes function however I can’t see how to do that. None of my rides allow me to rate them. I don’t get a heat map either .

  • Not all rides captured

Regularly only records only one section of my daily commute- recognises car journeys but fails on walking most of time - to record my activity thinking of giving this up as I like the heat map and timing and automatic recording when it works. Last year no issues since jan beset with problems
  • Effortless tracking and great features!

I love the heatmap - it inspires me to explore new routes. And the run streaks feature is a great motivator too. The app also logs all my rides automatically without even needing to open it - fantastic!!
  • Easy to use, fun interface!

It been a long time since I had actually ridden a bike, and I downloaded the Love to Ride app. It has made my reentry into the world of biking so much fun! It automatically tracks when and where I go, is easy to read, and provides me cool stats at the end. Love the interface and ease of use. Thank you.

  • Disappointed

Was looking forward to automatic logging but had so many problems with it (login failed sending magic code email, can’t read text fields that don’t fit their widget, needs force quit after getting stuck in some dialogs, not syncing my rides, significant battery consumption). Switching back to manually logging with Map My Ride.

Hello MZ, thank you for the review and we're sorry about your recent experience. We did have some downtime at the start of the month which impacted the app's performance. We're really sorry that this affected your experience. We're working really hard to ensure the app is a useful and dependably tool that supports your biking agenda and helps make cities safer for biking. We hope you'll check back again in the future and give the app another go as there are regular optimisations and improvements being rolled out. Thanks again and happy biking.
  • Can’t log in

Have created an account via the LoveToRode website. Downloaded the app but neither of the two options works (log in with Magic Code, or I don’t have an account)

  • Didn’t work for me

I have an iPhone. After downloading the app, I tried to login but kept getting no internet message, which was weird as I absolutely had WIFI connection.

Hi Neo neo 1 - we're sorry to hear you had this issue. If you're happy to debug the problem with us, it would be really helpful if you could email product-team@lovetoride.net and we'll try and get to the bottom of the problem with you. Thanks for trying the app and happy biking.
  • Love the aim, but the UX fails

I’m a bike rider and advocate and am using Love To Ride to participate in #biketober and encourage friends and colleagues to ride.

But the experience on the app is seriously below par. The integrations with other ride apps are broken, data transferred is incomplete and laggy, editing rides is very limited, the ability to see friends’ activity is also limited or to interact with them.

Also, the website and the app experience diverge too much. The website is also a poor experience.

In other words, if you want to encourage riding through an in app experience, the app needs to be better. If you want to encourage riding, but don’t want to maintain an app, be an advocacy group and partner for the community connection and tracking experience with another ride app.
