  • Backward Step

    The only way to access this new app after setting it up is to continue using your account number and password and then receiving an SMS authorisation code. So much for setting up Face ID and Passcode (6 digits - no choice between 4 or 6 digits).
    Not ready to be rolled out and what I’ve seen so far there’s nothing new over the old app. Given the option I’d revert to the old app. At least it worked

  • Not an improvement

    The new app is harder to use and I cannot make the transfers between accounts I could previously.

    I cannot organise my accounts. This is a major step backwards.

    I disliked it so much I deleted it but have now been forced onto it. I really hope you look at the feel back and give us all the functions we had previously!

  • Doesn’t work

    Same as the above comment, I have to enter my account number and password every time which is annoying. Also, what used to be instant transfers now lag and take time to hit the other account for both internal and external transfers. It’s definitely a worse app
