Not user friendly
Got a new phone, tried putting my pass on my new phone and it won’t allow it. Deleted it off my old phone, which I gave to my daughter. So I tried putting it back on my original phone so I can use it but it still said it wouldn’t install. Completely worthless if you end up changing phones.Jesuissarah81
Wanted to love
I wanted to love this app, but it’s been nothing but problems. I keep trying to sign up for the membership and it keeps giving me errors and then said I’ve reached the limit of devices I can upload to, and to reach out to their offices. I have only tried to upload it to my one phone, so it makes no sense, I called their number and for someone to answer for over 10 minutes and no one picked up so I hung up.
With car washes going up, you think it would be a little easier and customer service would be a little better. I spent a bunch of time just trying to pay them to wash my car, and it seems like they don’t want business.Show lessTylee 25

I needed to change my email on this app so I emailed support and they switched it for me that day. The change logged me out of my rewards on the Holiday Oil app, so I contacted them again and got a prompt reply telling me how to connect my rewards back to my app. Painless and quick!!!anngubler

I have had this app and holidays subscription for months and if you want to use the vaccum or air machine think again !!! It never connects and doesn’t work between all the gas stations either fix the thing or stop scamming people !I hate holiday
Nothing ever works.
I go to try to get my car washed and for some reason the car wash is broken down or the working on it or it’s closed. Over half the times that I go to vacuum out my car the vacuum is broken the vacuum won’t turn on, it doesn’t work, it’s out of order,. Good app, annoying review prompt
App works perfectly with one exception: why would you prompt me for a review at the moment before I’m able to start the car wash? Pretty silly!
