Programmed by a 2 year old.
This app has to be one of the most poorly optimized apps I have come across in the App Store. Had to delete the app because it went on a push notification spree. Tried to reinstall and sign into my splash pass account and get a notification I can only install on one device. Yeah, my one device is this device that I was forced to delete. Now I am going to have to call someone somewhere to cancel because I am done with this trash.

Most difficult app ever
20 steps to get a car wash and I Can’t let my wife wash the car?? Dumb
Zero customer service
You get locked out of the app if you have the app on more than one device and then you call the support number which is just the store phone number and they are clueless about how to help. They give you an email to send your issue to, but they never respond. I loved using holiday washes prior to this new app, but if I can’t even wash my car due to zero customer support I’m going to cancel my subscription.

The app is ok, but it only lets you login to one phone and that’s it.
Bad deal
With the old app my wife could use the app as well now they have limited the app to one device. That means my phone has to go with my wife to wash her car. It’s no longer the value that it once was. ****careful they charged me double after downloading this app*** I was charged the full $25 and then $12.49 a couple of days later for the promotion.

Great experience
User friendly, I can wash all my cars with this one app on my phone. With 50 locations it is very easy to find a wash. Washes are always clean and well maintained. Brush buckets at the entrance to get the hard to clean spots.

What an easy app to use. Best car wash around this area. Now I can wash at all their locations.
