Poor connectivity to vacuums
The app works great for the car wash part but never works for the vacuum. So frustrating! I call the vacuum people every week but the problem isn’t on their end. I’m paying for the premium and only get half of what I’m paying for.callmecrazydi

I want to cancel my wash plan. I go to cancel plan and it says I have to enter my email. I enter the email, of which I have already confirmed if it’s correct and it says I entered the wrong email. So I can’t cancel it?cecitinuv

The car wash is great for the price just wish it had softer brushes so it don’t give the cars micro scratches but other then that it’s goodisaacx801

This app has to be one of the most poorly optimized apps I have come across in the App Store. Had to delete the app because it went on a push notification spree. Tried to reinstall and sign into my splash pass account and get a notification I can only install on one device. Yeah, my one device is this device that I was forced to delete. Zero customer service
You get locked out of the app if you have the app on more than one device and then you call the support number which is just the store phone number and they are clueless about how to help. They give you an email to send your issue to, but they never respond. I loved using holiday washes prior to this new app, but if I can’t even wash my car due to zero customer support I’m going to cancel my subscription.Show lessRumbiscuit
