It doesn’t work !
I have had this app and holidays subscription for months and if you want to use the vaccum or air machine think again !!! It never connects and doesn’t work between all the gas stations either fix the thing or stop scamming people !
Nothing ever works.
I go to try to get my car washed and for some reason the car wash is broken down or the working on it or it’s closed. Over half the times that I go to vacuum out my car the vacuum is broken the vacuum won’t turn on, it doesn’t work, it’s out of order,. What’s the point of having a wash clubunlimited if I can’t get my car washed or vacuumed

Good app, annoying review prompt
App works perfectly with one exception: why would you prompt me for a review at the moment before I’m able to start the car wash? Pretty silly!

I love that I can just check in and get my wash or vacuum started without any human interaction.
Poor connectivity to vacuums
The app works great for the car wash part but never works for the vacuum. So frustrating! I call the vacuum people every week but the problem isn’t on their end. I’m paying for the premium and only get half of what I’m paying for.

I hate this app never should have signed terrible service won’t let me log back into app and keeps charging its a scam

I want to cancel my wash plan. I go to cancel plan and it says I have to enter my email. I enter the email, of which I have already confirmed if it’s correct and it says I entered the wrong email. So I can’t cancel it?

The car wash is great for the price just wish it had softer brushes so it don’t give the cars micro scratches but other then that it’s good
