If I can even get the app to login using my credentials any time I attempt a transaction the app logs me out and says my session has ended.
Additionally, app “support “ takes you to an FAQ that doesn’t actually have support. If you call customer service they just redirect you to the website (which is marginally better than the app). All I want to do is pay my bill, it shouldn’t be this hard to give you my money. Completely useless.

Broken app
The barley works even if you put in your login information it still gives you problems
Old App Was Better
Not sure why they switched but the old app worked better. My other credit union has a much better app.

Bill Pay
I can’t even use the bill pay option to make payments. The app is only good for balance transfers and viewing your account.
Bill Pay Never Works!
Please fix this app so that the bill pay feature works! Everyone I click i. bill pay the app closes and says “session closed”. So frustrating!
Tired of reloading
My family has five separate accounts with Westerra Credit Union and it is frustrating that with this mobile app I can only be on one account at a time. I then have to delete the app reinstall the app to get into one of the other five accounts. It is time-consuming and ridiculous that I cannot change from one account to the next. I do not have this problem with any other bank accounts that I’m affiliated with .

Please god fix your app.
Every other time I use the app, it automatically crashes out, and to get back in and actually get what I need, I have to reset my entire phone. The UI also is pretty unintuitive.
