So overall it has worked ok for us. It definitely still has bugs. My clients work keeps disappearing on my end and so do the soap notes. Most of it is still in the main program so that is obviously important but I also need to be Adele to review what I’ve done with my clients and what still needs to be done.

It constantly freezes and glitches and the sync option hardly ever works right. I hate this app! It’s the worst part of my job having to navigate this useless and broken system.
Just downloaded app , having no prior history and it’s not letting me create a profile as a new user .
Catalyst needs to be updated. Every other day, targets take forever to synchronize. The only way to fix it it’s to delete the app. The other glitch prevents me to add students forcing me to delete the app as well.
Soap notes doesn’t load.
So many issues for an app that could be so great. Having to completely delete the app so I can add new clients into the queue. Soap notes taking 30+ minutes to load.

Syncing and fetching data take several minutes. Staff often have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get clients to show up. Data recently taken often disappears. Looks far better than the old app but functions much worse.

I often have to delete the app, redownload it, and then go through the entire process all over again. It takes time away from sessions that could be ran.

Everytime I start a timer and leave the timer to look at other programs or leave the app it fully restarts the app and I have to log back in. A lil bug y’all should work on thanks!
