Free version

Absolutely an amazing app, the replacement sentences they provide are ideal however the time limit for the free version is way too short and the monthly payment is really expensive!

Crappy Set up

Soon as you download, login and give them full access to your phone. The free app will not let you access the app without upgrading to a premium subscription. It Doesn’t even allow access to the app to see If you even want to pay for it .

Hey there, thanks for sharing your feedback. Wordtune, like any other keyboard app out there, requires full access in order to work. The reason for that is to allow the keyboard to process your writing and suggest rewrites. Unfortunately, Wordtune would not work without full permission, and that is why it doesn't work on your phone. We value our users' privacy and do not collect any data from them, only the text for rewriting which we anonymize in the process. Last but not least, we offer free daily rewrites once your phone has been granted full access. Please contact us at ios@wordtune.com if you need further assistance.

Wordtune is the best investment of all the tools in it's category

I've been a paying customer of Wordtune for a year, and I can honestly say it's one of my best investments. The software is straightforward and packed with features that make it an excellent tool for writers. Customer service is fantastic, and they're always quick to respond. My writing quality has improved since I started using Wordtune, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Does not work

App never has data connection, did all the troubleshooting as instructed. Still does not work at all, I have given up and deleted the app. It’s a terrible shame as this was something I seriously considered purchasing to assist with streamlining my business communication.

Love Program - Customer Service Came Through!

Update: Customer service came through resolved all issues and then some! I’m happy again and able to use my beloved program ha!!🤣👍

I’ve been using this program for awhile and love it! However, recently, I’ve been having issues logging in and I’m assuming I’m dealing with Bots which is not working?! I’ve been trying to get ahold of a live person for the last week unsuccessfully? I can’t login resetting my password? I’ve done all steps advised via the bots but to no avail? I wish they had live customer service help and a phone number to call for issues that are not solvable through bot prompts?! Not sure how to proceed? It’s going on two weeks that I’m not able to get into my payed premium account!

Poor customer service/ feels like a scam!

I paid for a premium package and it was great until recently. My yearly premium subscription was downgraded to the free subscription. They have no live representation making it hard to resolve this issue. Additionally I followed the instructions listed on their help center. It clear that this is a common problem and many people have experienced this. I paid for this package and can’t even access it. What a WASTE of money it feels like a scam! I wish someone could assist with this matter!!!

Login problem

I cannot login to my account for more than a month. I Tired everything that they say on their website but nothing happened.even they did not send me the instructions via email for resetting my password. What a Waste of money.

Can’t access it if you don’t pay to upgrade to premium

I can’t use it at all. Unless I click “upgrade” to premium. Which is like $35 aud a month!!!
Such a rip off I am NOT gonna pay for it !

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear you feel that way. We're giving away free rewrites every day so you can keep up with your daily writing. You can however upgrade to unlimited rewrites if you need more. The yearly plan allows you to save around 60% on our premium plan.

I’m frustrated

I’ve been using free and it’s wonderful via website so I purchased the one year plan today and the money was withdrawn from my bank account yet my account still presents as free and everytime I try to contact them via help center bot or trying to do what’s recommended via help center page everything remains the same 🤦🏽‍♀️. I’m tired!
