MacOS App for Macbook
The app works great on my phone but on my computer is soo frustrating!! You go to enter a text box and it says Double Click to Edit but no matter if you double click, single click, right click, triple click, or click 100x... It randomly works and then if you get it to let you type, it will stop responding after a few letters and you have to do it all over again! The point of buying this printer for labels is to save time from handwriting everything! The MacOS app takes way longer to get to work than it would take to hand write! Please fix the bug!! I try full screen, extend the window, and still cant get the text option to work right.Show lessTyger7404

Amazing Thermal Printers
I run a small business and the realwriter Bluetooth version has been a life saver in making my labels I absolutely love it I took a star off for the problems I have when I design with Canva and want to import and print it never does right and it’s spotchy and unreadable no matter what changes I’ve tried and changing the density etc once that’s fixed I’ll update to 5 stars also would love to see way more fonts English version theirs really only certain ones you can use that actually show up on the label other than those small flaws it’s amazing and I love it the choice of sticker thermal paper is amazingShow lesssurfergirllopez38
Constantly won’t connect.
When the app works, it’s great. However I have constant problems with it not connecting, sometimes taking me up to an hour to connect the app to the printer. There’s no help online, I’ve tried the obvious off and on again, uninstalling, resetting, updating yet still constant problems. Once it’s financially viable I’ll be replacing this printer.Show lesslyndseyshehehsvev

No more can you specify to print a number of stickers; one can only print one sticker at a time. What a significant step backwards … I would not had bought the unit if they were going to do significantly hamper the unit like this.Not Number 6
Do not buy!
WORST APP IN THE WORLD! I was so excited to get the printer but the app is just awful I took one hour to do my custom made labels just for the app to glinch & crash! Then when you get back on the app all your hard work is gone because it doesn’t save nothing you do. You have to automatically save it every time u make a change which is so annoying. Munbyn do better this is a waste of time & money!Show lessanngiiem

I love this app and label printer. Very user friendly and great print quality. I had a different label printer and it stop printing on me when I didn’t use it for over a month. I would totally recommend this brand to anyone looking for a thermal label printer.saldana410

Overall the printer is good for my small business, it prints very fast and the quality is ok. But think twice before ordering because its app is hard to deal with. I made label templates for different kinds of products to save time on printing and it turned out that saved templates can be edited or just disappear without any reason while you are working with other template. Awful if you want your label with a lot of info to be saved but need to make little changes from time to time (for example packaging date).Show lessAnna/333

Hello, I'm glad to answer for you. Please make sure that your app version is the latest version. If you want to modify the templates on the original basis and save them separately, you can do the following: find [Online] in [My Template]. Each sub-item has an icon that is a plus [Copy] button. Click to copy your template, and then enter the new template. Just design and save it.
