Doest work on iphone or ipad
Cant get it to run on iphone or ipad. Just crashes when i try and set up account and doesnt recognise my email address used with Munbyn online. Totally useless so cant use my label printer!!! How can you advertise an iphone App that doesnt work with an iphone (Model xs)?!Teknopaul

No matter how many times I update the app and my printer when t
I try to sync my Bluetooth it doesn’t work , when I look on my phone it always says turn printer on when it’s already on and I have a blue light . This means I can not use the app to make my circle stickers . Very disappointed !godinasgirl

I wasted 10 labels trying to get this thing to print out exactly how I wanted it to and never could because the preview it shows before it prints isn’t accurate at all. Nothing is centered and it cuts off the beginning of your words unless you make the text so small you can barely read it. I wish there was a different app I could use.Show lessdan_and_bands

Connected to my printer but nothing happens when i press print. works fine on my laptop but not through the app. I bought this printer specifically to use with my phone. Absolute waste of time. Terrible appAlishaLangley

Great Idea, but App Needs Work
I love the idea of an app to print whatever you want from your phone, but there’s so many issues with the app that it doesn’t function smoothly. It needs a lot of work before I would ever suggest the app to anyone. There are misspellings, and nowhere to find your saved labels. Even when you change the label sizes, often times it won’t save what you just changed. And when you try to print, the screen is blank, so it prints a blank sheet. Sometimes the text you put on is blown up, sometimes it’s nonexistent. This leads to a lot of labels wasted. They also mention a 72 hour time for them to review purchases in order to gain points. They do not adhere to the 72 hours.
Again, this app needs a lot of work before it runs smoothly. It seems as though they care more about the aesthetics of the wishes page than the backend of thingsShow lesslileekay

I’m trying print labels off my phone but have screenshot and edit the label instead having the option just go to my files and edit it that way. I’m going end up returning the printer.Efrainacon
